The YT-81983 industrial diamond drill rig is designed for drilling in reinforced concrete, concrete and natural stone. This type of device is necessary in the plumbing industry for drilling for sewer pipes, passing through the ceilings of buildings, as well as during the installation of ventilation and air-conditioning systems (HVAC industry) and heat pumps or storm sewers (drilling in coils).
In the above-mentioned applications, there is a need for serial drilling with diameters often exceeding 200 mm or with significant lengths (from 1m to even approx. 4m in the restoration of monuments, rainwater drainage or resin injections during the renovation of bridges and other engineering structures).
New drillings are used in the above applications
The new Yato brand drill rig combines solid performance comparable to other branded drill rigs with a drilling range of up to 300mm and a real power of 2800W.
The construction of the device is based on a planetary gearbox, in which the quality of the steel used to build the gears (hardness 53-56 HRC) determines durability at the same time high torque. This makes it possible to drill in a wide range of diameters, even in the hardest materials.
Residual current circuit breaker
The drill has been equipped with an automatic earth leakage circuit breaker connected to the power cord near the plug.
Before each operation, its operation should be tested.
Cooling water connection
Whenever possible, drill with water cooling. This will prolong the life of the drill bits and the drill rig, and reduce the amount of dust generated during operation.
The opening and closing of the water supply is done with a lever.
Overload clutch
The drill rig has a clutch that will engage when the machine detects too much resistance while drilling. It manifests itself first by pulsing during operation, and eventually by stopping the drill, with the motor continuing to run.
The clutch can be used as an overload clutch
